There are many reasons why land might be sold off-market. Sometimes, a vendor may decide to sell their land this way to avoid alerting their local community that the land is for sale. Others may take the off-market route to save on advertising costs.

For these reasons, we prefer that people inform us of their land requirements first, as we may have a site in our portfolio that matches your needs.
